Lieberman’s Chutzpah

It’s too late in your pathetic career, Joe, to be running this kind of smack:

If the public option plan is in there, as a matter of conscience, I will not allow this bill to come to a final vote, because I believe the debt can break America and send us into a recession that’s worse than the one we’re fighting our way out of today. I don’t want to do that to our — to our children and grandchildren.  [Emphasis added]

As Ted DiBiase used to say, “Every man has his price,” and Harry Reid knows yours.  So save the high-horse moralizing for the next time Bill Clinton gets fellated.  Nobody gives a shit about your rent-a-conscience.

  1. What the hell is the matter with him? When you put Joe Lieberman in the ninth circle of hell(healthcare edition) I thought it was a bit strong, now I think you might have a point.
