Fox News: Your Source For Crap!

It’s been a long time since Vince McMahon — or anyone else from the WWE — tried to claim that professional wrestling was a real sport.  (No one over the age of four was buying it.)  Similarly, Fox News executives really ought to bar their legal department from issuing ludicrous statements such as this:

FNC is a news organization that has not endorsed a candidate in the 2010 Missouri senatorial race. The value of its news reporting is based in part upon the public’s faith in the accuracy and integrity of those reports.  The Carnahan Ad is designed to make it appear as if [Chris] Wallace — a trusted journalist — is instead speaking as a campaign operative.  [Emphasis added]

They sure think people are stupid, don’t they?

But then again — I guess it must be damn near impossible to insult the intelligence of a “news” audience that likes to watch Steve Doocy opine on matters political.

Uh-oh. I forgot my talking point.

  1. Faux News journalists (BWAH! HA! HA!) think the bullshit they spout is gospel, but I’ve seen more truthful news reporting when neighborhood kids made their own pen and pencil newspapers in the 60s, to the ones who use their parent’s computer and printer to make theirs today. Fox will never be a legitimate news channel as long as drinking games are played to how many lies you can pick out of their newscasts!
