Warren Buffett’s Secretary Asks Boehner for Tax Cut

REUTERS — Claiming she’s “created more jobs this year than Bank of America”, Warren Buffett’s secretary has written a letter to House Speaker John Boehner asking him to introduce a bill giving her a tax cut.

Mildred Atkinson, 52, of Omaha, Nebraska says her hiring of a local teenager to mow her lawn and do general yard work entitles her to favorable tax treatment from the Republican Congress.

“Brian Moynihan, CEO of Bank of America, wants to fire 10,000 people, yet they call him a job creator,” said Ms. Atkinson. “That makes no sense. I’m just looking for a little fairness.”

Boehner spokesman Michael Steel called Ms. Atkinson’s request “class warfare”. No action is expected.

  1. As we know, the economy was in tough shape when Obama “won” the presidential race. Since he has been in office the economy has remained anemic We have made no progress. I would caution all democrats not to be fooled by Obama’s latest tactics. We’re closing in on an election. He’s looking for your vote…. There are better people in the democratic party. Don’t settle for tough talk that translates to, “hmmm – these suckers will fall for a change in course at the last minute”.

Poor strategy, poor execution, poor results. Dont be fooled by the 4th quarter hail mary. Don’t let him change his direction (because he really Won’t) change yours.
